Are any additional documents required to deposit in Cryptocurrencies?  

Depending on the amount of the transaction, you may be requested to upload your ID document for payment verification and/or the source of funds document (usually a screenshot from the Exchange that you are using, i.e. Crypto Wallet transaction statement).

Are there any fees for withdrawals in cryptocurrencies?

Tickmill does not charge any fees for transfers to and from Tickmill Wallets for Crypto deposits/withdrawals, however fees may apply by the Crypto Provider(s).

Can I transfer my money from trading account if I have an open position(s)?

Yes, you can. However, at the moment of transfer from trading account to Wallet, your free margin must exceed the requested amount. Free margin is calculated as equity minus the necessary margin (which is required to maintain an open position).

If you do not have sufficient free margin on your trading account, a transfer from trading account to Wallet will not be executed until you submit the correct amount of transfer and/or close the open positions on your account.

Withdrawal from a Tickmill Wallet can be requested any time.

Can I withdraw via a different payment method from the one I used to deposit?

Tickmill’s policy is to process withdrawals via the same method that you used to deposit. For example, if you deposited using a credit card, the card will be credited with the amount equal to the deposit amount. Upon request, we can send any profits via other payment methods under your name.

Do I have to use the same Crypto Wallet and cryptocurrency to withdraw as the one used to make a deposit to my Tickmill Wallet? 

You can use different cryptocurrencies to deposit and withdraw within the list of cryptocurrencies offered by Tickmill as long as the Crypto Wallets lawfully belong to you.

Do you have any charges on deposits and withdrawals?

No, Tickmill has a zero fees policy on deposits and withdrawals.

How do I deposit funds to my account?

You can make a deposit inside your Client Area using a funding option that suits you best. There are no fees on deposits.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

Log in to your Client Area and fill in the respective withdrawal form. There are no fees on withdrawals.

How fast do you process my withdrawals?

We process all withdrawal requests within one working day.

How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?

We process all withdrawal requests within one working day. The time necessary for the funds to reach your bank account depends on your bank’s policy. Bank withdrawals can take 3-7 working days to be seen on the client’s account. Credit/debit card withdrawals can take up to 8 working days to be seen on the client’s account.

How long does it take for my transaction in cryptocurrencies to be approved and reflected in my Tickmill Wallet?

Depending on the transaction amount, you might be asked to upload additional documents for verification. Without verification, the transaction processing time varies from several minutes to several hours. If you are requested to submit documents for verification, it takes around 12-24 hours for our Crypto provider to verify ID documents and process your deposit.

How long does it take for the ID verification to be completed? 

It takes around 12 hours to 24 hours for a Crypto provider to verify ID documents. Once verification is done, the client will be notified via email. This is a one-time verification, and you will not be asked to complete verification twice.

How long does it take Tickmill to verify the withdrawal in Cryptocurrencies?

Withdrawal processing time at Tickmill usually takes between a few minutes up to 24 hours. Once a withdrawal is processed from our side, additional time will be required for its processing by the Crypto Provider.

In which Cryptos can I deposit or withdraw funds? 

You may deposit or withdraw in BTC, ETH or USDT cryptocurrencies to and from your Tickmill Wallet.

Is broker to broker transfer allowed?

We do not support broker to broker transfer, we only offer our standard payment methods.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit for all account types is $100.

Which countries is Crypto funding available for?

Crypto Deposits and Withdrawals are available for certain regions. Please consult your Client Area to see if you are eligible to deposit and withdraw in the selected cryptocurrencies.
